A courier driver was robbed in broad daylight on November 4 while delivering parcels in Pretorius Street, Heidelberg.
The driver stopped at about 9:30 at a house to do a delivery.
While he was busy getting the parcel out of his vehicle, a VW Polo vehicle stopped behind him and two men got out.
The two armed suspects pointed a firearm at the driver, ordering him to hand over the parcels.
The suspects took some of the parcels and sped away in the VW Polo.
The driver told the police he was not sure how many parcels were stolen or what specific value was taken.
The courier driver had no idea who the suspects are and has not seen them before.
Heidelberg SAP is busy with an investigation into the incident. No arrests have been made as yet.
According to reports, this is the second courier that was targeted in the past month.
