He later joined the South African Military Health Service (SAMHS), where he completed the Operational Emergency Care Practitioners Course.
Since then, Kruger has pursued numerous additional qualifications, including diving medicine, aviation medicine, chemical and biological warfare, and sports medicine.
His exemplary service has earned him prestigious awards, including the Military Merit Medal and the SAMHS Cross for Bravery.
Kruger attributes his success to staying busy and continually striving for self-improvement.
“I have a passion for healthcare and sports. To achieve your goals, never give up on your dreams and work towards them every day,” he said.
