Two Ermelo businesses, Acsu (Anti Crime Security Unit) and Ermelo Toyota, together with the Gert Sibande FET College were awarded certificates of recognition by pmr.africa at a prestigious awards ceremony held in Mombela (Nelspruit) recently.

The purpose of the awards is to create a global and unique marketing tool for the company, department and/or institution, to enhance excellence and set a bench mark in industry by acknowledging personnel and staff from the cleaner to the highest position in the organisation.

The awards are indicators of a company, department or institution’s competencies and represent competitiveness, effectiveness, excellence, leadership, and resilience and indicate customer service and customer satisfaction.

pmr.africa allows companies to use the award, not only as a marketing tool, but also to thank the personnel and staff for enhancing the particular company, department or institution’s position as an undisputed leader in the respective industry. After all, there is a successful team behind each successful and highly rated company, department or institution.

The awards are the culmination of a research process whereby companies and institutions are rated based on respondents’ perceptions, with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and customer satisfaction.

The awards also set a benchmark for industry and a goal for others to aspire to and generate general awareness as well as brand awareness of a company, department or institution.

Through the awards functions, businesses, institutions, organisations, NGOs, police stations, government departments, cities, towns, individuals in business and government, and the personnel and staff involved in these, are honoured and applauded as leaders, achievers and role models.

The awards were received by David Mdluli, Fanjan Sihlali, Oubaas de Jager (MD) en Wally van der Walt of Acsu; Dealer principal of Ermelo Toyota Koos Badenhorst and Dudu Thwala, a council member of GS College.
