Rose wins a brand new car

Rose Nkosi from Ermelo received a call just after 12:00 on 6 December informing her that she’s a finalist in the Roots car competition.
There was one problem though, the draw was scheduled to take place in Nelspruit at 14:00 and the finalists had to be present.
With less than two hours to get to Nelspruit, Rose turned to the managers at Roots Butchery in Ermelo for help. They gave her a R300 donation and sent her off on her journey.
With less than two hours to get to Nelspruit, Rose feared that she might not make it.
Due to a power outage the draw was delayed by an hour but with the proceedings about to start she still hasn’t arrived.
The organizers decided to go on without her as to be fair to the other finalists.
She was called and told a proxy would stand in for her should she win, Rose agreed.
They went on with the draw and Rose came out the Final Winner.
By 5pm Rose still had not arrived at the draw location and the organizers called her to make sure she was on the way, but did not inform her that she had won the car yet.
At 17:30 Rose arrived and was congratulated by all the staff members at Roots Butchery Dayizenza where she collapsed in disbelief at her fortune.
The official handing over of her keys will take place at Roots butchery, Ermelo on 19 December.
