Ayanda Nkosi receives her Diploma after successful completion of her studies in Culinary Arts and Pastry. With her is Pastry Lecturer, Samantha Marshall.

Ayanda Nkosi from Ermelo recently qualified as a professional Chef after completing her Diploma studies in Culinary Arts and Pastry and graduated at the South African Chefs Academy in Cape Town.

She has great passion for food and enjoys preparing mouthwatering dishes. She has also received extensive training from some of the best establishments in the country, such as Saxon Hotel in Johannesburg and the Vineyard in Cape Town.

Currently Ayanda is running an events company Sesi Events and Catering which specialises in events and ceremonies and offers high end catering services.
