Residents of Ext 1 have recently raised their concerns about an electrical pole that almost fell on a nearby house.
According to some of the community members, they saw an explosion in the area and an electrical pole that was hanging over a house.
They alleged that the ward councillor was informed of the situation, but nothing has been done yet.
Another issue they pointed out, was ditches that were allegedly dug by municipal workers on the main access road where more electrical poles would be erected.
These were left unattended and the holes has filled up with rain.
Residents are concerned about the safety of the children using this road.
