Process of renaming GSDM buildings in last phase

The consultation process on the renaming of Gert Sibande District Municipal(GSDM) buildings and facilities was in its last phase on 12 February.

According to Ms Bongi ka Dube, spokesman of GSDM, a meeting with the Gert Sibande local house of traditional leaders was underway at the traditional leaders boardroom in the GSDM office complex in Ermelo.

Ms ka Dube said: “The process provides the traditional leadership an opportunity for proposals and inputs on the subject before the matter can be finalised and adopted by GSDM Council.”
