Carolina Magistrate’s Court sentences three men for stock theft

The crime took place at Witrand Farm Carolina where they stole the sheep of Mr JP Le Roux from a grazing camp they were in.

The Carolina Magistrate’s Court sentenced three men on 28 May for stock theft that occurred on 17 April 2018.

The court sentenced Mbekezeli Mkhize (28), Moses Nxumalo (27) and Rethabile Tsatsi to six years’ imprisonment each.

The crime took place at Witrand Farm Carolina where they stole the sheep of Mr JP Le Roux from a grazing camp they were in.

The value of the sheep was R35 000.

The animals were recovered in Middelburg.
