Frogfoot will be hosting fundraiser spinning marathons for several charities in town.

Groups of participants can contain three to six members who will commit to spinning for six consecutive sessions of 25 minutes each.

The participation fees will be R50 per person, which will be donated to an organisation or charity.

The dates are as follows:

• October 22: SAVF Retirement Village

• November 26: Ermelo Phoenix Rotary Club

• January 21: CMR Youth Centre

Prizes up for grabs:

• Frogfoot: R400 gym voucher for most calories burned by a single participant.

• Mecca Muscle: Supplement hamper for most distance cycled by a single participant.

• Apache Peak Spur: Meal vouchers for most calories burned by group participants.

• Madness Restaurant: Meal vouchers for best team spirit by group participant.

• Butr Deli – Pizza and wine voucher for spinning raffle draw.
