ERMELO – Eskom announced this morning that load shedding will move up to stage 4 from 09:00 on March 9. 

 According to the media statement by Eskom, stage 4 will continue until 05:00 on Friday, March 11. 

This could however change at any given time. 

“A unit at Kendal, Duvha, Camden and Kusile power stations tripped during the night,” the statement reads. 

Ermelo Block 3 will see load shedding at the following times: 

• Wednesday, March 9:
    09:00 – 11:30
    17:00 – 19:30

• Thursday, March 10:   
   01:00 – 03:30
   09:00 – 11:30 
   17:00 – 19:30

• Friday, March 11:
   01:00 – 03:30 

Eskom urged residents to reduces the usage of electricity and switch off all non-essential items.
