Msukaligwa Municipality adopts SMS for utility bill notifications
The municipality is currently testing this system, therefore residents may receive previous months of utility bills.
ERMELO – The Msukaligwa Local Municipality issued a statement regarding utility bills.
Residents complained about receiving bills for the month of May from the municipality via SMSs.
Mandla Zwane, spokesperson for the Msukaligwa Local Municipality, stated that residents should take note that the municipality is in the process of issuing a new SMS notification system.
The municipality is currently testing this system, therefore residents may receive previous months of utility bills.
This new SMS notification is in implemented to improve the accessibility of all utility bills or accounts.
