The N2 traffic backed up after an accident near Camden Power station.

ERMELO – The South African Community Crime Watch (SACCW) warned motorist to drive with caution on the N2 between Ermelo and eMkhondo (Piet Retief) due to an accident and a veld fire.

A multi-truck accident involving two trucks on fire, along with the veld fire, has caused heavy smoke to spread across the road.

According to the SACCW, emergency services are currently on the scene of the accident between Sheepmoor and Camden.

They urge motorists to follow the instructions of the officials at the scene and to make way for emergency vehicles.
