03 JULY 2026 at 10h00, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for a Warrant of Immovable Property in terms of Rule 46(1) to be granted against the First Respondent for an Order, for:

MUNICIPALITY OF WHICH SECTION THE FLOOR AREA , ACCORDING TO THE SAID SECTIONAL PLAN IS 66 (SIXTY SIX ) METRES IN EXTENT AND
AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON PROPERTY IN THE SCHEME APPORTIONED TO THE SAID SECTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PARTICIPATION QUOTA AS ENDORSED ON THE SAID SECTIONAL PLAN

3.An order authorizing the issuing of a warrant of execution and directing execution against the immovable property;
4. An Order whereby the immovable property known as SECTION NO .4 AS SHOWN AND MORE FULLY DESCRIBED ON SECTIONAL PLAN. NO SS705/1995, IN THE SCHEME KNOWN AS NORTHWOOD IN RESPECT OF LAND AND BUILDING OR BUILDINGS SITUATED AT REMAINING EXTENT ERF 1287 REYNO RIDGE EXTENSION 4 TOWNSHIP: LOCAL AUTHORITY: EMALAHLENI MUNICIPALITY OF WHICH SECTION THE FLOOR AREA , ACCORDING TO THE SAID SECTIONAL PLAN IS 66

NO SS705/1995, IN THE SCHEME KNOWN AS NORTHWOOD IN RESPECT OF LAND AND BUILDING OR BUILDINGS SITUATED AT REMAINING EXTENT ERF 1287 REYNO RIDGE EXTENSION 4 TOWNSHIP : LOCAL AUTHORITY: EMALAHLENI MUNICIPALITY OF WHICH SECTION THE FLOOR AREA , ACCORDING TO THE SAID SECTIONAL PLAN IS 66 ( SIXTY SIX ) METRES IN EXTENT AND b) AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON PROPERTY IN THE SCHEME APPORTIONED TO THE SAID SECTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PARTICIPATION QUOTA AS ENDORSED ON THE SAID SECTIONAL PLAN HELD BY THE DEED OF TRANSFER ST4948/2010 ALSO KNOWN AS UNIT 4 NORTHWOOD COMPLEX, REYNO RIDGE, EMALAHLENI (herein after referred to as `the property`) is to be sold at a sale in execution at a reserve price determined by this Honorable Court as R__________________;
6. The Sheriff be authorized to sell the immovable property to the highest bidder at the sale in execution should the reserve price requested in prayer 5 not be achieved;
7. The Applicants are granted leave to approach the Honorable Court again for a reviewed reserve price should the Applicant require that a reviewed reserve price be set;
8. Cost of suit on attorney and own client scale;
9. Further and/or alternative relief.
