An Order whereby the immovable property known as ERF 89 JACKAROO PARK TOWNSHIP REGISTRATION DIVISION J.S., PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA MEASURING 1618 (ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN) SQUARE METRES HELD BY THE DEED OF TRANSFER T15653/2010 Also known as: 5 MAGRIETA STREET JACKAROO PARK (hereinafter referred to as `the property`) is to be sold at a sale in execution without a reserve price; OR
5.An order whereby the immovable property known as ERF 89 JACKAROO PARK TOWNSHIP REGISTRATION DIVISION J.S., PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA MEASURING 1618 (ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN) SQUARE METRES HELD BY THE DEED OF TRANSFER T15653/2010 Also known as: 5 MAGRIETA STREET JACKAROO PARK (herein after referred to as `the property`) is to be sold at a sale in execution at a reserve price determined by this Honorable Court;
6.The Sheriff be authorized to sell the immovable property to the highest bidder at the sale in execution should the reserve price requested in prayer 6 not be achieved; 7.The Applicant is granted leave to approach the Honorable Court again for a reviewed reserve price should the Applicant require that a reviewed reserve price be set;
