27th of January 2026 in the above Honourable Court, the goods listed below shall be sold in execution, on
27 AUGUST 2026 at 10:00, by the Sheriff of the High Court, Middelburg at 17 MILLI STREET, INDUSTRIA, MIDDELBURG, MPUMALANGA to the highest bidder.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT:
1. This sale is a Sale in Execution pursuant to a judgment obtained in the above Honourable Court.
2. The conditions of this sale are available twenty-four (24) hours before the sale at the offices of Sheriff at 74 SADC Street, Middelburg.
3. Registration as a buyer is a pre- requisite subject to specific conditions, inter alia:
(a) Directive of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008;
(b) FICA – legislation in respect of proof of identity and address particulars;
(c) Payment of a registration fee of
R1 000.00 (One Thousand Rand) in cash; and
(d) Registration conditions.
4. This sale will be conducted by the Sheriff .
5. Goods will only be sold for cash or EFT to the highest bidder or sold subject to confirmation as per the Consumer Protection Act on instructions from the Execution Creditor or its attorney.
