Future communicators invited to apply for PRISA programme
Emerging public relations professionals can still apply for the PRISMS Young Voices 2026 programme before August 15.

NATIONAL – The Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (Prisa) has extended the application deadline for its PRISMS Young Voices 2026 programme, giving aspiring communications professionals and final-year students under the age of 30 additional time to apply.
The initiative aims to connect emerging talent with experienced communications professionals by offering selected participants exposure to award-winning campaigns, mentorship opportunities and insight into the PRISMS Awards judging process.
The programme forms part of the PRISMS Awards and is intended to support the development of future strategic communicators.
The PRISMS Awards recognise excellence in public relations and strategic communications, with PRISMS Young Voices aimed at exposing emerging practitioners to the industry and its leading professionals.
Applicants must submit either a 200 to 250-word motivation or a three- to five-minute video explaining why they should be selected.
Applications close on August 15 at 23:59 and should be emailed to prisms@prisa.co.za with the subject line “PYV 2026 Application: Your Full Name”.
