DRAFT ORDER
Having heard the Attorney for the Applicant and having read the documents filed on record, IT IS ORDERED:
1. The Respondent is placed in provisional winding-up in terms of Section 346(1)(b) of the Companies Act, Act 61 of 1973, read together with item 9 of the Schedule 5 of the Companies Act, Act 7 of 2008.
2. Any interested person is called to present reasons on 9 October 2026 (#24) at 10:00 or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, why the provisional liquidation order should not be made a final order.
3. The provisional order must be served/advertised as follows:
3.1 On the Master of the High Court;
3.2 On the office of SARS;
3.3 On the Respondent, Trade-unions and Employees of the Respondent;
3.4 By advertisement in the Government Gazette;
3.5 By advertisement in the Middelburg observer.
4. The cost of this Application on a scale as between Attorney and own client are cost in the winding-up, such cost to include the opposition of the application, if applicable.
