NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE STEVE TSHWETE LAND USE SCHEME, 2019, IN TERMS OF SECTION 62(1) OF THE STEVE TSHWETE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BYLAW, 2016
I/we, Izel van Rooy of Plan Wize Town and Regional Planners, being the authorised agent of the registered owners, hereby give notice in terms of Section 62(1) of the Steve Tshwete Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law, 2016, that I/we have applied to the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality for the amendment of the Steve Tshwete Land Use Scheme, 2019, for the rezoning of a part of Portion 196 of the farm Rondebosch 403-JS and the Remaining Extent of Portion 2 of the farm Rondebosch 403-JS, situated within the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality, Nkangala District Municipality, Mpumalanga Province, from “Agriculture” to “Industrial Zone 4” (Electrical Sub-stations and Power Station), for the development of a Photovoltaic Solar Power Plant with related uses, facilities and infrastructure, including renewable energy structures such as solar photovoltaic apparatus, internal and external electrical grid connections, roads, substations, electricity storage facilities and associated infrastructure, as noted in the draft Annexure.
