Ageless Grace  free intro talk and demo with Denise Medved (founder from USA) Wednesday, 6 November from 5.15pm to 6.15pm at Kloof Hall, Village Rd, Kloof.

Ageless Grace® – a seated exercise program to music, that is easy, fun, works the core, activates the organs/systems of the body.

Good for joint mobility, right/left brain co-ordination, cognitive function, balance & confidence. Anyone, from seniors to kids, incl. those with physical disabilities and challenges, can participate at their own level of ability. Ideal for fitness professionals or caregivers working with seniors.
