Bird and Butterfly Day in Lower Molweni

Join the next Back-to-Nature adventure! Explore the new Molweni River Community Park while searching for butterflies and birds under the experienced guidance of Steve Woodhall (Butterflies) and Pete Turner (Birds).This is a free event to encourage people to visit this beautiful stretch of the Molweni River and help the local community to appreciate nature.

No need to book – just turn-up at the Lower Molweni Community Hall on Fannin Road and join in the fun.

A team of five local residents who are employed in developing the park will be there to look after the parked cars (safe parking at the hall) and also accompany the walkers along the river.
