TRANSFORM Your Life at weekly meditation classes every Tuesday at 10am to 11am and at 6.30pm to 7.45pm at 26 Menston Road in Westville; and every Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm at Centenary Medical Centre, 55 Old Main Road in Hillcrest.

Everyone is welcome at a cost of R50 (donation to non-profit organisation).
