Cowies Hill Pre-Primary

Cowies Hill Pre-Primary School (CHPPS) was established in 1971 and is a private school and a member of the Independent Schools Association of South Africa (ISASA). A Christian, multi-racial co-educational English medium school, it caters for the development of young children. The school provides a high standard of pre-primary education in a warm, caring and vibrant environment playing an important role in a child¹s development.
The main aim is to develop pre-school children into well-rounded confident individuals, taking special care of their physical, intellectual and spiritual needs.
Cowies Hill Pre-Primary School offers a playgroup section, ages 14 months to two years and a pre-school section, ages three years to Grade R.
Classes are regulated to small numbers and offer extra-mural activities, on site remedial assistance and occupational therapy.
Dedicated and experienced support staff work alongside all Pre-School staff who hold ECD qualifications. The staff create an environment for the enrichment and development of each child as a whole person.
