KAINON School pupils had a wonderful experience performing their play Oliver with a Twist.
Kainon School public relations officer Justina Wasserman said it was astounding to see the character development and growth in confidence that a school musical involving the whole school, including and the Pre-primary bridging class, can bring about for each child.
“We are so proud of all our children, from chorus groups to individual lead roles to backstage prop coordination,” she said.
“Oliver with a Twist” is a delightful musical which tells the well known Dickens story with a light-hearted modern flavour with direction, musical direction and choreography by Maria Gibb and Jane Gillespie .
“Caps off to the Kainon team of teachers and administration staff and an amazing bunch of parents who are to be especially congratulated for doing far more than their fair share in school involvement. Thank you Kainon School and the whole Kainon family,” said Wasserman.
