Breakthrough by Pinetown Detectives
PINETOWN Detectives made a breakthrough when they arrested a 34 year old man for murder on Wednesday 3 October at his work place in Isipingo after an exhaustive investigation by the detectives.

PINETOWN detectives made a breakthrough when they arrested a 34-year-old man for murder on Wednesday 3 October at his work place in Isipingo after an exhaustive investigation.
The man was arrested after the body of an unknown man was found submerged in the Aller River, separating Clermont and New Germany, in November last year. The body had an open wound on the side of the head and two other wounds on the forehead. A case of murder was opened at Pinetown SAPS.
The KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Mmamonnye Ngobeni congratulated the detectives for their breakthrough and said it was pleasing to note that the detectives continued to pursue the case until the suspect was found. The man appearedng in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court on Monday 7 October on a charge of murder.
