Churches’ present Easter festival

Don't miss the Luther Churches' Easter festival at New Germany Civic Hall this Saturday.

SHOW your support for local charities by visiting the Lutheran Churches’ annual Easter Festival.

Since early February, members of the Lutheran Churches in Westville, New Germany, Waterfall, Hillcrest and Durban have been hard at work preparing handmade Easter eggs and toys.

The festival takes place at the New Germany Civic Hall on Saturday 12 April from 9.30am to 1pm, with most of the proceeds going to the churches’ outreach programmes and the APN retirement homes.

Besides the uniquely crafted eggs on sale, there’s music by a brass band, St Mary’s DSG choirs and an Easter bunny who will be hopping around. There’s something for everyone at the festival.
