CARLA Johnson and Sarah Heron, of St Mary’s DSG, took center stage when they recently represented KwaZulu-Natal at the South African Performing Arts Championships in Rustenburg.
The duo was also selected to compete at the World Championships of Performing Arts which will be held in Los Angeles in July. Both girls have also been cast by the Young
Performers’ Project for the musical “Footloose” that will open in July.
The passionate performers are also very active and involved in the St Mary’s drama and music departments. Carla obtained her full colours for drama and Sarah has received her full colours for music.
