It’s almost that time again, when the public is asked to wear their slippers for the day to help raise funds for The Reach For A Dream Foundations annual Slipper Day fundraiser on Friday, 1 August.
To take part, all you need to do is purchase a Slipper Sticker for R10 and wear your slippers and sticker with pride to school or work on Slipper Day. Stickers will be available from any Wimpy or Hirschs throughout KZN or from their Slipper Stand at Gateway.
Last year, Reach For A Dream KZN managed to raise over R420,000 and over R1 million nationally to make dreams come true for children suffering from life-threatening illnesses.
