TWO pupils, Tristan Tedder and Keegan Foss were announced as joint winners of the 2014 Kearsney Sportsman of the Year award – both having played two sports at provincial level.
Tristan was captain of the KZN Craven Week (rugby) team, was selected for the SA Schools rugby squad and captained the Kearsney 1st XV. He plays cricket for KZN U19 Cubs and Kearsney’s 1st X1.
Keegan has also excelled on the cricket pitch, playing for the KZN Coastal U19 team and Kearsney 1st team. He has played provincial tennis for the U19B team and captained Kearsney’s 1st tennis team which successfully toured England and Spain earlier this year.
