Halloween Hunt winners chosen

Two lucky Highway Mail readers walked away with a R1000 toy hamper.

JULIE and Siobhan Walker were the lucky winners of the Highway Mail Halloween Hunt competition.

There were more than 200 entries for the exciting competition where readers stood a chance to win a R1000 toy hamper from The Toy Factory Shop.

All readers had to do was find nine letters in nine pumpkins placed in different adverts throughout the paper and solve the anagram. The letters spread throughout the paper, in order of appearance, were: O S K S E E L N T. The correct answer was skeletons.

Siobhan said that she had never won anything before this and decided to take the chance and enter. She was ecstatic to learn she had won the prize as she is studying to be a pre-primary school teacher and would use the toys in her class.
