Overturned truck on N3 delays traffic
Traffic is backed up on the N3 due to an overturned truck.
A TRUCK has overturned on the N3 near the Pavilion Shopping Centre and traffic is highly congested.
According to reports there is also a nine car pile up. The amount of people injured is not yet known.
