Herpetologist speaks at SPCA monthly meeting
The Kloof SPCA encourages the community to join their Golden paw Society.
Ian Sandison, who has a passion for snakes and herpetology and works with the Kloof & Highway SPCA Inspectorate Department in rescuing and releasing snakes, was this month’s Golden Paw Society guest speaker.
Guests were also addressed by key SPCA staff members, who discussed their latest news, activities and events, including an interesting talk about the Village Green and the donations of goods they receive for their 11 charity shops.
The Kloof & Highway SPCA hosts its Golden Paw Society meetings on the last Thursday of the month, and would like to extend an open invitation to all supporters and community members who care about animal welfare to become more actively involved with the society.
