Painting to raise funds for Embocraft

Embocraft conducts skills training for community members throughout KwaZulu-Natal, so they can develop unique craft products as an income generation project.

LOCAL artist, Charmaine Eastmant, has donated a framed oil painting on canvas to Embocraft Training Centre in Botha’s Hill for them to sell in order to raise much-needed funds.

Embocraft conducts skills training to develop unique craft products as an income-generation project for community members throughout KwaZulu-Natal. These products are marketed through the centre and visitors are always welcome. Your support can ensure its sustainability.

Linda Venton, CEO of Embrocraft Training Centre, said they had already received an offer of R5 000 but was hoping someone in the community could better that offer. Contact Linda on 084 606 5088.

The artist also plans to open a gallery in the near future and has offered a percentage of the proceeds of sale of the paintings to go to Embocraft Training Centre.
