SA to take on New Zealand in BMW Polo Series
Don't miss out on this year's action at the BMW International Polo Series.
The 26th annual BMW International Polo Series will see South Africa do battle against New Zealand.
Visitors will be treated to the thrill of adrenaline-packed action with the first test taking place at the Shongweni Club in Durban on 13 September and the second match the following Sunday at the Waterfall Polo Estate in Johannesburg,
This will be New Zealand’s sixth tour to South Africa, with the international competitors having won four of the previous tournaments. The last one was in 2008.
Captained by world-renowned eight-goaler, JP Clarkin, the New Zealand team also includes two six-goalers, Craig Wilson and Thomas Hunt. The South African team will be announced after the Prince of Wales Cup on 30 August.
Ticket information:
First test match: Durban Shongweni Club – ticket prices start at R50 per person for East Bank general admission and R80 per person for West Bank general admission. Children under the age of 12 will be able admitted free of charge.
