Skeletal remains found in Highway areas

POLICE are looking for assistance after skeletal remains were found on Saturday, 5 September in two different incidents.

According to Pinetown SAPS communications officer, Lt Bongumusa Manqele, police were alerted about the discovery of skeletal remains in Wooten Road, Botha’s Hill.

“In another incident, remains of an unknown deceased were also found alongside Lynx Road in Drummond. Police were alerted and the remains were removed.

“All the remains have been sent for DNA analysis,” said Manqele.
