Joe grooms his gospel music career
The album is titled Lelivangeli and has 14 tracks.

SUMMERVELD groom, Joe Ndlovu, has released a gospel album titled Lelivangeli. Ndlovu said his passion for music started when he sang in school and church choirs.
“When I grew up I used to sing all kinds of genres, including isicathamiya.”
Ndlovu, a father of three, was born in Bizana, Eastern Cape and moved to Bucksfarm near Hammarsdale in 2011. “I moved to Durban to find a job and pursue my singing career.”
He said he chose to pursue a gospel career as he believed that he was meant to touch people’s lives through the messages in his music.
“I found a job looking after horses in Summerveld, which I also enjoy doing.”
Ndlovu said it was because of his work that he now had an album as this was where he met his manager, Craig Yacy-Lyle from Hillcrest, who has since relocated to New Zealand.
Lelivangeli has 14 tracks which were written by Ndlovu and his album was produced in Hammarsdale at Ikhaya Lomculo Elinohlonze by Dumisani Memela.
Ndlovu has since been nominated for the KZN Crown Gospel Awards for Amaciko Best Newcomer in Spiritual Gospel.
He added that he would like to warn young, up-and-coming musicians not to fall victim to people who want to make money off them.
“I was also robbed of R3 000 by somebody who promised me that I would be featured on TV. I went up to Johannesburg with high hopes only to find out it was a scam, and I found myself stranded in a big city which I was not even familiar with,” he said.
