Elderly woman dies after falling from a horse
The woman was declared dead at the scene.
AN elderly woman died this morning when she fell from a horse in Shongweni.
According to Chris Botha from Netcare 911, reports from the scene indicate that the woman was riding a horse, when for unknown reasons, she fell.
“Paramedics found the woman lying on the ground with life threatening injuries.”
“The advanced life support paramedic and her team placed the patient on a ventilator and started with advanced life support resuscitation but the woman was declared dead at the scene,” said Botha.
