'Funky and fun' is St Benedict's theme for this year's fun run.

ST Benedict School will be holding its annual 5km fun run on Saturday, 4 March.

This year, the theme is ‘funky and fun’ and participants are encouraged to dress up for the occasion, either individually or as a group.

There will be spot prizes for the most fun and funky entrants.

The race will be run on the roads around the school and there will be marshalls in attendance.

There will also be a colour zone which participants can choose to run through or to avoid.

Registration will take place at the school, 31 Mariannhill Road, Pinetown, from 7.30am and the run will start at 8.30am. It will cost R50 per person to enter the race and there will be some lucky draw prizes on offer.
