Curro stars receive Yale accolade

The Curro team competed in the senior division, which consisted of more than 900 learners and more than 320 teams.

Three learners from Curro High School, Chad Millard, Ross van Herzeele and Judah Milne took part in the World Scholars Cup at Yale University and were placed in the top three in Africa. Judah was placed 14th overall in the tournament. More than 2 200 learners from 50 countries competed across the two categories.

The Curro team competed in the senior division, which consisted of more than 900 learners and more than 320 teams.

The team also had the opportunity to watch the Phantom of the Opera on Broadway, visit Central Park, Times Square, the Statue of Liberty and Ground Zero in New York. The trio also toured Yale University, the Yale Art Museum and the Beinecke Rare Book Library.
