Kloof High nets soccer tourney title

The team is looking forward to the line-up of soccer matches against other local schools.

KLOOF High School’s boys’ 1st soccer team competed against eight other teams in the Brettonwood Soccer Tournament recently and were the overall winners.

They played against Rossburgh High School in the semi-finals and beat them 2 – 0. The avid soccer players then took on Brettonwood High School in the finals and beat them 2 – 1.

“The school is very proud of the boys and hope this is a sign of a successful season,” said the school’s marketing manager, Jane Brodey.
