FOREST View Primary School selected Paisley Bush as its SPAR Star of the Month.
Paisley is in Grade 5 and epitomises the term, all-rounder.
She is a committed and passionate runner, trains hard and has had outstanding performances year after year on cross country courses.
She recently attended the Umhlatuzana Cross Country Trials at Lahee Park.
Paisley also shone on the stage at Forest View’s talent show, with an acrobatics performance.
She started acrobatics with Donna Zimmerman at Bella Donna Studios in 2016 but has had to stop dancing for the studio due to time constraints. She has continued her Acro at home and puts it to practice almost every afternoon once she has completed her homework.
Paisley uses YouTube to teach herself new moves and continues to improve and hone her skills.
She is committed and produces school work of a high standard in the classroom.
In addition to all these achievements, Paisley loves athletics and has won both the U10 and U11 girls’ top achiever award at Forest View’s inter-house athletics event two years in a row.
She also enjoys netball and attended the U11 netball trails this year. She was also a valued member of the school’s swimming and soccer (girls’) team.
