TMC’s top achievers awarded

To depict the lasting imprint that the school would have on their lives, each matric learner left the hall and placed their hand into the cement hand print that was embedded into a plinth mentioning these words from Colin.

Thomas More College’s matric class of 2018 were acknowledged and congratulated at their recent prize giving ceremony. They were addressed by past learner, Colin James (Class of 1976). Colin said, “When I first arrived I was like wet cement, the imprint of Thomas More College on my heart and mind has been deep and lasting.”

The high school’s headmaster, Dave Wiggett, congratulates Estrelita Kotzé (Dux), Eleanor Canning (3rd in matric), James Ireland (Thomas More Cup for Service and Dedication) and Benjamin Daniel (Dux Proxime Accessit) on their achievements.
