Pinetown officer violates SAPS tattoo policy
According KZN SAPS spokesperson, Col Thembeka Mbele, the SAPS policy clearly states police officers must not have their tattoos exposed while in uniform.

PROVINCIAL SAPS are conducting an internal investigation after a Pinetown officer posted a pic of herself on social media in police uniform showing off her tattoo.
Constable Sanele Sophazi posted a picture of herself on Instagram holding an invisible gun in a short sleeve shirt that reveals a tattoo on her arm.

According KZN SAPS spokesperson, Col Thembeka Mbele, the SAPS policy clearly states police officers must not have their tattoos exposed while in uniform.
“There is an internal investigation that is being conducted relating to this matter,” she said.
