PINETOWN Girls’ High is proud its 99.4 per cent pass rate with 66 per cent of the learners achieving a Bachelor’s pass.
Top four learners were Joy Adewumi (7As), Sithabile Ngwenya (7As), Kholeka Madlala (5As) and Anathi Ndlovu (5As).
Pinetown Girls’ principal, Sibongile Njapha thanked the Department of Education, the SGB, Grade 12 learners’ parents and other social partners for all the support given to the school.

She also acknowledged the highly dedicated staff of PGHS and the class of 2018 for their hard work. Njapha also extended gratitude to the primary school teachers for their efforts and for providing them with learners who display the solid foundation laid by primary schools.
