Doting daughters celebrate dads

The St Mary's DSG dads were treated to an evening of fun activities with their daughters ahead of Father's Day.

ST Mary’s DSG Grade 1 and 3 girls spent some wonderful bonding time with their dads ahead of Father’s Day.

Both grades spent time in the creativity centre playing games, being creative and simply enjoying their father’s company alongside their classmates.

The Grade 1s cut out, coloured-in and played Snakes and Ladders with their dads. They also enjoyed playing Lego on the beanbags and had a delicious hamburger for supper at the beautifully decorated tables in the centre.

The Grade 3s also enjoyed spending special time with their dads.

Each girl spoke about what they loved most about their father and why he is so special. They then decorated bandannas and took part in an amazing race before enjoying a meal together. For those who wanted to, they could toast marshmallows over the fires outside.
