With support from the community, the Robin Hood Foundation has filled more than 2000 personalised wish lists already and they would love to do more.

This was made possible through the Robin Hood Foundation’s Bless-A-Granny campaign.

After an appeal from the foundation, a Kloof company, Royal Union Insurance Brokers put a challenge out to their staff, that for every person who contributed to the campaign, they would match and donate the equal number.

The campaign which is in its 10th year was started back in 2010 by RHF founder, Cindy Norcott to help put a smile on the senior citizens’ faces and is a highlight for many grannies and grandpas.

Chair and founder of The Robin Hood Foundation said they are thrilled with the community support that has enabled them to fill more than 2000 personalised wish lists already and they would love to do more.

“This is a year that has been especially difficult for our elderly in isolation,” said
