Cyclist knocked over by bakkie in Botha’s Hill
The cyclist sustained a serious injury to his leg during the accident.
A CYCLIST, in his 30s, was seriously injured when he was knocked off of his bicycle on the R103 in Botha’s Hill this morning.
ER24’s communications officer, Russel Meiring, said paramedics arrived on scene to find community medics assessing the injured man.

“The cyclist sustained a serious injury to his leg, leaving him in a serious condition. The man was treated and provided with pain-relief medication before being transported to hospital,” said Meiring.
The driver of the bakkie was uninjured. Local SAPS will be investigating.
