Good Samaritans rescue stray dog in Botha’s Hill

Daisy is being monitored closely at the Kloof and Highway SPCA and they will find her a 'furever' home once she heals.

DAISY, a stray dog who was found and rescued by Good Samaritans, was taken to the Kloof and Highway SPCA and now warm, safe and has food.

The Kloof SPCA manager, Barbara Patrick said Daisy was admitted to the clinic and Dr Caryl and the clinic team did a full examination and treatment for mange was started immediately.

“Daisy will be monitored closely and we will find her an extra special home once she heals,” said Patrick.

She thanked the two gentleman who rescued Daisy and made sure she was safe in the hands of the SPCA inspectors.

“We cannot save every animal, but we will make a difference in Daisy’s life with the public’s help.”
