IN PICS: No back-to-school blues for New Germany Grade 1s
There were no tears on Wednesday, January 19 as several Grade 1s began their first day of school at Lyndhurst Primary School and New Germany Primary School.
Lyndhurst Primary School’s principal, Dr Sara Moodley, said the first day was filled with excitement as educators welcomed the group of enthusiastic learners for 2022.
“I am indeed proud of the commitment our educators and support staff have in ensuring effective school readiness within the Covid-19 protocols. The commitment and support from parents is overwhelmingly appreciated,” she said.
