Hospital provides knowledge and support for new moms

New and expectant mothers gained valuable insights and expert advice at Life Westville Hospital's informative Little Life Workshop.

EXPECTANT and new mothers were treated to a wealth of knowledge at the Life Westville Hospital’s Little Life Workshop recently.

The workshop featured experienced paediatricians who shared expert insights on various topics, including common surgical disorders in children, navigating pregnancy with confidence and the benefits of infant massage.

Other topics discussed included when to take your child to see a doctor and experiences with preterm babies.

Lucky mothers walked away with prizes from the lucky draw to help them kickstart their journey.

The day concluded with a tour of the hospital’s Little Life Units, aimed at reassuring mothers of a safe and supportive journey through pregnancy and motherhood.
