JUST IN: M7 Durban bound closed after horrific head-on collision

Paramedics have advised motorists to avoid the area.

THE M7 Durban bound from Pinetown is currently closed to allow a helicopter to land following a horrific head-on collision.

ALS Paramedics are attending to both drivers who have sustained critical injuries.

“One driver was entrapped in his vehicle. The helicopter has been called to rapidly transport the patient to hospital,” said ALS Paramedics spokesperson, Garrith Jamieson.

He advised motorists to avoid the area.
